A marijuana testing lab has filed a lawsuit against Michigan regulators after a major product recall and allegations of unreliable results.

In the guidance, the labor department says employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees who use marijuana, and an employer cannot test an employee for marijuana to see if they are using the drug.

On March 30, 2021, the Mississippi State Department of Health published in draft form Regulations for Independent Medical Marijuana Testing Facilities.  Just a few days later, on April 4, the Mississippi Legislature adjourned  sine die, bringing to a close efforts made during the 2021 Regular Session to adopt an alternate Medical Marijuana program.
