Times Telegram The Little Falls Common Council is looking to change the city treasurer’s position from an elected post to an appointed one.  "The police, chief, the fire chief and the assessor are all appointed,” Mayor Mark Blask pointed out when asked the reason for the proposed change. “For the treasurer to be an elected position doesn’t make sense.
