A chef and a waitress who were killed in a car crash were discovered dead by a friend who used a mobile phone tracking app to find them when they went missing, an inquest heard. Thomas Rudolph Joyce, aged 67, from Castle Road, Presteigne, died on December 22 at Hereford County Hospital following a fall a week earlier.
