A scheme aimed at securing the long-term future of grassroots music venues around the UK hopes to protect Glasgow’s Glad Cafe.
The Music Venue Trust wants to save clubs, bars and cafes which are under threat as their tenancies come to an end.
“Our aim is to create a ‘National Trust of Music Venues’, where great live music will be a permanent fixture," Mark Davyd, CEO Music Venue Trust, says.
