No crib at European Parliament I agree wholeheartedly with what Francis Vassallo had to say in his article ‘No crib at European Parliament’ (December 28). Malta’s MEPs should not shy away and join Spanish MEP Isabel Benjumea in demanding a change of poli­cy regarding a crib at the European Parliament in the Christmas period. “Because it offends others” is a nonsensical excuse. May whoever is responsible remember that those who, as he said, could be offended, are the non-natives.
