Around 4 a.m. Thursday in West Palm Beach, a car violently struck a construction worker on a nighttime paving operation then fled the scene.
It happened in the early hours of Thursday morning, around 3:30 a.m., when West Palm Beach Fire Rescue responded to the accident.
