Newly Tory-run Harlow Council is ramping up pressure on the town’s contracted waste manager.

It is only the second time the town town has been under Tory control. Cllr Mark Ingall who has represented Bush Fair since 2016 took to Twitter to voice his “disappointment” at losing his seat and his party’s performance on the night.
