Police: Hoboken man charged with DWI after being found asleep behind the wheel
Hudson County View By John Heinis/Hudson County View Mark Kiang, 40, of Hoboken, was charged with DWI, refusal to submit to chemical testing, reckless driving, and operating an unregistered vehicle, according to Police Det. Lt. Danilo Cabrera. On Friday at about approximately 12:41 a.m., Police Officers Daniel Grossi and Geovanni Cruzado were on patrol when they came across a parked vehicle with the driver’s side door open in the area of 2nd and Jackson Street.
