Jenni Evans, News24 A witness in the murder investigation of the Anti-Gang Unit's Charl Kinnear compiled reports for the police to show the senior detective was being tracked. The Bellville Regional Court heard that Bradley Goldblatt, whose house was raked with bullets in a drive-by shooting, also gave police updates on this before Kinnear was murdered. Kilian's lawyer maintains that the evidence against the debt collector and former rugby player is circumstantial and that the real killer has not been caught.
