Published December 13, 2020, 11:33 AM TACLOBAN CITY – A retired cop was gunned down in broad daylight by three unidentified men on Saturday, December 12, in Barangay Dongon, Maasin City. Maasin City Police Chief Lt. Col. Mark Nalda identified the victim as retired SPO1 Dominico G. Petere, 48. Petere was formerly assigned at the Police Regional Office 8 in Palo, Leyte until he retired from the service.
