East Grand Forks City Council OK's police retention bonuses, to begin next year
Starting in 2023, officers who have been with the department for one to four years will receive $3,000, those who’ve worked for the department for five to nine years will receive $4,000 and those who’ve worked for the department for more than 10 years will receive $5,000.
