Mark Printup, 51, of Cambria, was sentenced Tuesday in Erie County Court to 1-1/2 years to 4-1/2 years in prison.
Mark Printup, 51, of Cambria pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of Vehicular Assault in the First Degree.
A driver is in critical condition at ECMC following a two-vehicle crash over the weekend in Newstead. The second driver has been charged with aggravated DWI.
According to the sheriff's office, the driver of the second vehicle driver was transported to ECMC with severe internal injuries and was reported to be in critical condition.
