Beachcliff Market Square sold to Columbus investor
The mixed-use center in Rocky River, spawned by renovation of the 1930s-era Beachcliff movie theater to shops and offices in the 1970s, has been shed by an affiliate of Madison Marquette, a specialist in mixed-use properties with a national scope of operations. A sale price was not recorded, but marketing materials for the property indicated the seller sought $18 million for it.
