An Orlando mother accused of fatally abusing her toddler in a 2018 case that police described as “torture” pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated child neglect.Victoria Toth, 26, and her boyfriend, 27-year-old Johnathan Pursglove, were both facing charges of aggravated manslaughter in the fatal beating of Toth’s son, 2-year-old son Jayce Martin.
