A Depew man charged in a home invasion case has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced.
Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced 37-year-old Jason K. Evans of Depew was sentenced yesterday afternoon before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan to 20 years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision.
Erie County Judge Susan M. Eagan sentenced 34-year-old Mark S. Shadle, of Kenmore, to 23 years to life in prison for his convictions on first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary charges.
The DA's office said 34-year-old Mark S. Shadle of Kenmore was sentenced to 23 years to life in prison as a persistent violent felony offender.
