(WHEC)— Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection to a deadly shooting back in September. 38-year-old Markus Boone is facing charges after police say he shot two men who kicked down the door to his home on Emerson Street on Sep.26, they say Boone wasn't allowed to have the gun because he's a convicted felon.     One of the men, 27-year-old Marcus Patterson was killed, the other man, who police didn't name, survived. Jan 11, 2021 U.S. Marshalls and state police have arrested a Rochester man who has been wanted since two men were shot storming his apartment on September 25th. Rochester Police say 25-year-old Markus Boone shot and killed Marcus Patterson and wounded the second man when they kicked in his door on Emerson Street. Boone took off, but police found 29 bags of crack packaged for sale in the apartment. He was arrested Saturday and found with a stolen handgun.
