The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has said that its personnel intercepted a large consignment of Canadian Loud, an imported strong synthetic strain of cannabis, packaged in 324 bags. It said the consignment intercepted in the Onikan area of Lagos Island had a gross weight of 111.2 kg.
