Three people were suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. Emergency responders found Tony and Darlene Ragland along with their six-year-old grandson in the home. The shooting happened Sunday around 3:30 a.m. in the Dogwood Cove community. Investigators say an off-duty Corbin Police officer was responding after being contacted by his neighbor.
