The Harrisonburg man accused of seriously injuring a James Madison University student in a hit-and-run incident nearly three years ago. However, the trial will not include J-M-U president Dr. Johnathan Alger, who was dismissed as a juror this morning citing a report in the Daily News Record naming Alger as a juror.
