SUPPLIED Mark Gumbrell's dream home build came to an abrupt halt when Sika Homes called in the liquidators in June 2020. When the company Mark Gumbrell hired to build his new home went bust in June, the Auckland man was worried but assumed he could rely on its Master Builder backing to keep the project on track.
