5g: G. Kishan Reddy inaugurates 5G apps in seven NE states, 5G Experience Centre in Assam
Union Minister for DoNER G. Kishan Reddy virtually inaugurated 5G Applications in seven Northeastern states and a 5G Experience Centre in Assam. The project, funded by the North Eastern Council and executed by AMTRON, aims to enhance digital connectivity in the region and promote job creation and socio-economic development. The initiative includes 5G training labs, cloud-supported courses on 5G, and health use case applications. The Minister emphasized that this project will help bridge the gaps in achieving the SDG 2030 goals in the North East region.
