The same thing is going to be intelligent machines. they're not some oracle or godlike machine that becomes instantly intelligent. so the real question we want to ask ourselves, is there some existential threat, that's the term i think elon musk used, a threat to the existence of humanity that something we're doing today that we couldn't undo. and the answer is no. not even close. maybe 50 or 100 years from now we might have another problem or maybe 30 years we might think about it. but are we doing anything today that's dangerous that we should step back and go whoa, we shouldn't do that? i c...
