KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has secured a RM512 million financing facility from AMMB Holdings Bhd (AmBank Group) to develop a township in Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV2.0).
KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 24): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is buying 1,382.2 acres of land in Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV2.0), Negeri Sembilan for RM460 million from NS Corporation (NS Corp), which had taken over the parcel from Sime Darby Bhd.
KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (MCHB) wholly-owned subsidiary, N9 Matrix Development Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with NS Corporation to acquire a 1,382 acres freehold land in Negeri Sembilan for RM460mil.
