Guam flocks to safety-equipped bars and pubs
The safety measures that became part of people's lives were evident even inside bars and pubs when residents cautiously returned to their favorite watering holes at 5 p.m. Feb. 24. Earlier that day, Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero announced bars and taverns could resume operations, with several conditions in place. But that didn't seem to bother the patrons.
