May 8, 2021 Rob Glunk, president and CEO of The Muncy Bank and Trust Company, recently announced that Matthew J. Mann has joined the company as a registered representative. In his new position, his main responsibility will be to offer a full range of investment service and insurance products to customers in the Lycoming, Clinton and Northumberland county markets.
