Christine Jann ist im Jahr 2020 bei dem Fotografen Arwid Lagenpusch in Berlin zu Besuch. Ein Freund ihrer Mutter, sie kennt ihn lange, war aber noch nie bei ihm zu Hause. Die beiden haben in der Küche im Prenzlauer Berg geplaudert, gerade will sie gehen. Da fällt ihr Blick auf ein Foto im Flur. Eine Straße, ein ausgebombtes Haus.
