Subway Joeys stay top with ten-goal Cambodia victory
The Subway Joeys remain in top spot of their AFC U-17 Asian Cup 2023™ Qualifiers Group G following a 10-0 win over Cambodia in Shepparton on Friday night. An early own goal and strikes from Mitchell Glasson and Max Hately saw Australia out to a 3-0 lead at half time, before they surged with seven goals in the second half to secure another strong victory. Two days on from a resounding 23-0 victory over Northern Mariana Islands, Brad Maloney's side picked up where they left off with a goal inside five minutes.
