UN1F1ED² Global Packaging pays $4.2M for Sutton building
Sutton's UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group has paid millions to expand its footprint for the second time in less than two months. The company, which makes packaging material out of foam, cardboard, wood and molded fiber, has paid $4.2 million for a 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 68 Providence Road in Sutton in a deal closed Monday. The deal was announced Wednesday by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, a Worcester realty firm that brokered the transaction.
