Phelps, Cassaday and Flores Take Oaths in Bangs
(Mayor Rick Phelps is shown taking the Oath of Office from outgoing Mayor Eric Bishop) The newly elected Mayor of Bangs, along with two City Council members, took the Oath of Office in a ceremony at 11:15 am Friday at Bangs City Hall. Outgoing Mayor, Eric Bishop, recited the Oath to each. Rick Phelps takes the place of Eric Bishop as Mayor. Greg Flores and Greggory Cassaday were sworn-in to their positions as City Council members. Bangs City Council meetings are on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. Greg Flores is shown taking the Oath of Office to serve on Bangs City Council
