ACC said its consolidated EBIT was at Rs 721 crore in Q4 as against Rs 411 crore in the same quarter last year. EBIT margin also improved to 13.3 percent percent in Q4.
HCC share price: The stock dived 7.85 per cent to hit a day low of Rs 38.25. At this price, the scrip has declined 14.67 per cent in four trading days.
NCC stock hit a 52 week high of Rs 219.70 on BSE today. Market cap of the firm stood at Rs 13,363 crore.
ACC shares jumped up to 5.98 per cent to hit a day high of Rs 2,369.80 after the quarterly results were announced.
The entire acquisition is funded through internal accruals and will help ACC & its parent company Ambuja to further bolster market leadership, said ACC in an exchange filing
