The MCD will select a project management consultant to assist in finalizing the detailed project report, preparing financial estimates, and assessing the quality of work. The plan includes road cleaning, desilting, and sweeping footpaths. Either the MCD or an appointed concessionaire will be responsible for comprehensive road cleaning using state-of-the-art mechanical road sweepers.
