Volkswagen and Mahindra signed a supply agreement for Mahindra's INGLO platform, covering components of Volkswagen's MEB platform and aiming to strengthen their e-mobility footprint in India. The agreement includes the unified cell concept and potential expansion. Škoda Auto Volkswagen India and Ford are also involved in the partnership.

Ford will be manufacturing another electric vehicle based on Volkswagen's MEB platform for the European market.
