That is what the Peninsula Manila aims to serve to Filipino diners with its 2021 Old Manila Dinner Series. Featuring Old Manila Chef de Cuisine Allan Briones’ lovely five-course degustation menu, the dining experience is paired with wines from Spottswoode Estate Vineyard & Winery, happening on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at the hotel’s signature fine dining restaurant Old Manila.
