A PRIVATE firm has proposed to build “mega infrastructure projects” worth more than P200 billion at the South Road Properties (SRP). In a press conference on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, Emmanuel Mandaraig, president of Mandaraig Infrabuild Corp.
