Vestal Art Students Receive High Honors The Vestal High School Art Students have put their talent and dedication together in the 78 th annual regional Scholastic Art awards. Their hard work paid off as they will received 19 awards including six Gold Keys and five Silver Keys. According to a news release from the Vestal School District the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards were founded in 1923 by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers.
