Catskill â¢Â DWI: Ryan Gilmore, 33, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors.
