Excellence in Historic Building Rehabilitation
When Dr. Ferguson s House became threatened with demolition, local preservationists Darren  and Lisa Tracy stepped in to rescue it. With careful planning and cooperation, the Tracys rehabilitated the 1870 National Register-listed building using Federal & State Historic Tax Credits for use as an apartment building, thereby saving an important community treasure.
