Mental Manja's killers held
According to police reports, the genesis of the conflict traces back to an incident six months prior, when a woman acquainted with Tattoo Viji filed an assault case against Mental Manja, who was employed as a school bus driver on a contractual basis. On the day of the incident, Mental Manja allegedly phoned Tattoo Viji, warning him not to testify against him in court.
