Since the system has been in place. you know, the nra says criminals won't go through it. 2 million people have gone to buy a gun, gone through a background check and been rejected because they're felons. because they have a serious mental problem. because they fall in the category of an abuser. they're incompetent to own a weapon. you tell me that 40% of the people who buy their guns somewhere else don't need a background check when the other 60% do? that none of these people in the 40% are felons? wife beaters? mentally incompetent? makes no sense. >> we are listening in. vice president joe ...
