　　摘要：人类需要定时体检，来判断身体的健康状态，城市发展过程中也需要监测评估健康状况。近日，自然资源部发布《国土空间规划城市体检评估规程》（简称《规程》），明确国内城市从今年开始，实行一年一体检、五年一评估。《规程》从安全、创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享6个维度设置了城市体检评估的具体指标，涵盖生态、生产、生活等多个方面。
　　城市规划建设做得好不好，最终要用人民群众满意度来衡量。《规程》要求广泛征集社会公众的意见和建议，让市民评价城市的健康状况和对城市发展的满意度。《规程》附录中将“2017年度北京城市体检：国际一流和谐宜居之都社会满意度调查”作为参� ....
