Oakland County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man who is accused of “randomly” shooting at a nurse who was driving home from work in Rochester Hills.
Police say that the man, Cortez Ulysses Taylor, 29, of Troy, randomly shot at a vehicle being driven by a woman in Rochester Hills.
“Obviously this individual should be considered extremely dangerous,” Sheriff Michael Bouchard said. “If you see him, do not approach him and call 911.”
