Most of western Maine will see 3 to 5 inches of powder and eastern Maine 7 to 13 inches Tuesday, according to forecasters. Auburn issued a parking ban from 6 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday, and Lisbon 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday. Lewiston has not issued a parking ban.
