Embattled former television presenter Andrew O'Keefe will return to court where he is fighting allegations he spat in the face of a woman before kicking her.
TV and radio presenter Yumi Stynes claims she was scared for her life after she broke up with her husband of nine years, who in turn argues she was violent with him.
Police were called to a Point Piper unit in Sydney 's eastern suburbs about 11.30pm on August 19 following reports O'Keefe was at the home in breach of a court order.
