A woman accused of posing as a man to trick a short-sighted female victim into a relationship has been found guilty of one count of sexual assault by kissing.
Georgia Bilham, 21, was cleared by a jury of all but one of the alleged offences after about three hours of deliberations following an eight-day trial.
Bilham was convicted of a single count of sexual assault by kissing after tricking her victim into believing she was a man. She was cleared of a further 16 allegations following a trial at Chester Crown Court - but a judge warned "all options are open" when she is sentenced next month.
