A Groton man was charged on Tuesday for impersonating a police officer on I-95 in East Haven, according to state police.
ERROL -- One man is dead after his car went into the Androscoggin River on Tuesday afternoon.
The car, a blue 2000 Ford Mustang, registered out of Upton, Maine was found about 50 feet offshore and in 12-15 feet of water.
