Thursday, Rochester Public Schools held a community event celebrating another milestone of the new elementary school under construction in the Northwest part of the city. 

The plan could be implemented as soon as three weeks after approval by the Rochester Public School Board.

The school board says it received more than 400 questions from parents since the listening session was announced Tuesday.

Elementary students will begin hybrid learning January 19th.
