Judy Ballard

Judy Ann Ballard, 75, passed away on April 20th, 2024 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Judy was born to Harold and Marion Radspinner on May 23, 1948 in Milwaukee, WI. She is survived by her loving husband Rich, Tara (Darik) Steinbach, Jeff (Kristin) Ballard, grandchildren Bennett, Harrison, and Brooks, and sisters Debbie (Dave) Kowenstrot and Patty (Mike) Lanko.

Safe Routes to Schools grants announced for Rochester

City and school district will share in $1.4 million funding distributed statewide.
