Community helps families displaced by Lodi fire [Lodi News-Sentinel, Calif.] Dec. 25—Two weeks ago, two families lost nearly everything in a fire that destroyed much of the Spruce Street apartment complex they called home. Just days after the blaze, property owner Jack Kautz and his wife Sarah began doing what they could to help their residents get back on their feet.
