Osage County inmate charged with second degree murder after allegedly conspiring and killing a rival gang member
According to court documents, Michael Shaputis, an inmate at Dick Conner Correctional Center in Hominy, coordinated a plan with several other inmates to attack a rival gang member in May 2023, after Shaputis had been threatened earlier that day.
