A man is accused of pulling a knife on a driver outside a Round Rock fast food restaurant during a road rage incident, according to an arrest affidavit. Michael Windham, 42, of Round Rock was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.  Police were notified about the incident at 8:06 p.m. Monday outside the Schlotzsky's restaurant at 2200 E.
